 We can't have a great band season without you (yes, YOU)!
It's incredibly rewarding to see at ground-level how hard these kids work — also, it's a lot of fun! No experience is needed; we'll show you what to do. Concession Stand - plate food, stock shelves, work as cashier at home football games. Or pick up/deliver food from vendors beforehand

Halftime Announcer - read the pre- and post-halftime show script at football games

Halftime Show Videographer - film the halftime show at football games from up in the press box

Pit Crew - help roll equipment on and off the field for showtime, at games or competitions

Chaperone - ride along and help out at games and competitions

Uniforms - help students with uniforms, take fittings, make repairs, keep items organized

Social Media/Communications - craft social posts and help distribute communications to band families

Munchies & Mingles - help arrange our pre-concert receptions, sell snacks & flowers, or provide baked goods & supplies

Valentines Fundraiser - organize annual Feb fundraiser by sending families Valentines-related witty communications and pics of students

Banquet - head up our end-of-year banquet and be point of contact with the Marriott, or help set-up/break-down the event next May

Silent Auction - organize this new fundraiser which will happen at our end-of-year banquet. Help solicit donations and manage the auction next May
