*7:45am Students should arrive at school wearing their gray show shirt. Report to the band room to get instruments so we can do our traditional Friday morning welcome at the front of the school. 

 

*5:10pm Front ensemble meets to roll equipment to the stadium. All others arrive by 5:15pm to get ready for rehearsal.

 *5:30pm Music rehearsal in the cafeteria. Wear your gold uniform shirt with black shorts and black/white/gray sneakers. Try to refrain from wearing shoes that have other colors.

*6:15pm Dinner break. CONCESSION STAND IS OPENING EARLY EXCLUSIVELY FOR BAND STUDENTS. You may purchase a concession meal or bring your own. Do not leave campus.

*6:45pm Make arcs in front of school under the spaceship for warm up. Then march into stadium

*7:05pm Once in the bleachers, we will get ready to play Lift Every Voice and Sing followed by the Star Spangled Banner.

*3rd Quarter For a portion of the third quarter, students can purchase snacks from the concessions area TO BE. CONSUMED BEFORE COMING BACK INTO THE BLEACHERS. Band students are not allowed to have any food, snacks, candy, soda, etc. in the bleachers. Those items will damage instruments. Students will be given a time to report back to the bleachers to continue to play stand tunes for the remainder of the game.
