How to View Your Balance and Make a Payment 

Login to your account

Once you are logged in - you will see a light blue box on your screen that says

"Notice

You have one or more orders with a balance due.  Click here to pay"

1. Click on Click here to pay
2. Orders with Balance Due are listed in a box
3. Click on the Order Number to make a payment
4. Click on make a payment now
5. Follow the instructions to make payment
6. PaySimple sends an email confirmation of payment - check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation

How to Apply a Student Credit to Your Marching Band Dues Balance

If you have a credit on your students account (example from their student fundraising efforts), once you are logged in you will be able to see this credit on your account

1. Orders with Balance Due are listed in a box
2. Click on the Order Number to make a payment
3. Click on 'make a payment now'
4. If you have a credit, Click on 'apply credit to order'
5. Click on 'Apply credit to order now'
6. Order will show with your credit applied and any remaining balance due
7. Follow the instructions to make payment on balance due
